| Abstract: | The party concerned does not state the facts honestly,as a result if not only affects the quantity of a case,but also affects the efficiency of a case.Draw lessons from the experience of other countries,and combine it with the actual situations of our country,it is beneficial to realization of the fair litigation,the exaltation of litigation,and the perfection of litigious system for us to provide the duty of the accurate statement of the party concemed. |
