我国高校三学期制变革的特征及其思考

摘    要:三学期制已经成为目前我国高校教学管理制度改革的一种重要的制度形式。三学期制不仅有多样化类型,而且有不同的内容,同时具有很强的个性。在三学期制变革中,各高校应注意以下几个方面的问题:1.学期制变革不仅仅是教学时段的简单划分,而且是教学管理制度的重构,所以,高校应当因时因地选择适宜的学期制模式。2.短学期要结合教学管理制度的整体变革进行恰当设置,特别要注意实施的资源整合与条件准备。3.进行多学期制变革,一定要充分调研论证,不可跟风,根据自身的条件与可能,选择切实可行的变革方案,否则,可能适得其反。

Abstract:The three semester academic year system has become an important system form for administrative reform in Chinas higher education academies.In the three semester system,there is not only diversification in styles,but also different contents with strong characteristics.In the reform towards three semester system,universities should pay attention to the following issues: 1 the reform on semesters is not only a simple division of teaching time period,but also a reconstruction of teaching administration system,therefore fitting semester modes are to be adopted according to local situations;2 shorter semesters should be setup appropriately integrating the total teaching administration system,paying special attention to resource conformity and condition preparation;and 3 the reform should be based on full research results instead of following suite,and should be based on local conditions and possibilities to choose actual feasible reform scheme to avoid adverse effect.
