| 摘 要： | 运用回归分析的方法,对陕西产业结构与就业问题进行实证分析。研究结果表明,从整体上看,陕西三次产业占GDP比重、三次产业就业比重变动的趋势与配第.克拉克定理基本上相符合。但陕西产业结构与就业结构不匹配的问题很突出,因此应该取消农村劳动力流动壁垒,健全土地产权制度;推进工业化进程;加快发展第三产业。

| Abstract: | Using the method of regression,the paper analyzes the industrial structure and the employment issue in Shanxi Province.Research results show that on the whole,the part of three industries that makes up GDP and the tendency of employment part of three industries in Shanxi Province matches the theorem of Petty-Clark.But it is very obvious that the industrial structure doesn't match the employment issue in Shanxi Province.Therefore,we should call off the barrier of labor flow,complete the land property rights,and promote the process of industry and develop the third industry more quickly. |
