| Abstract: | The demand of domestic and international rapid development of shipping industry for the advanced nautical talents is analyzed.According to the reality of nautical education in our school,it brings forward developing objective of nautical education,that is,"footing in west China,facing seas,with freshwaters considered and serving shipping",and measures carrying out the objective in accordance with compulsory requirement of STCW78/95 and national maritime code of nautical education. |
