| 摘 要： | 众所周知,日益俱增的新闻官司使原本就不易开展的舆论监督工作陷入更难境地.本文旨在剖析新闻官司产生的主客观原因以及由此带来的影响,并着力阐述了"如何有效避免新闻官司"的观点与想法,这对时下的媒体正确认识与规避新闻官司,进而在以人为本的科学发展观的理念下构建和谐社会具有一定的现实意义.

| Abstract: | It is known to all that the increasing press lawsuit makes supervision of public opinion,which was hard to carry out,in a dilemma.The thesis mainly analyses objective and subjective reasons caused by press lawsuits.It describes some views as for how to effectively avoid press lawsuits,which has practical significance for correctly understanding and circumventing the news media lawsuit,and then for building a harmonious society under the people-centered scientific concept of development. |
