| 摘 要： | 图书馆的办馆理念与办馆宗旨是一个相互依存、互相制约的哲学概念,同时也是一个不断发展的概念。本文论述了这一对概念的历史演变,并就当前大学图书馆的办馆理念,与办馆宗旨提出了自己的观点和见解。
