| 摘 要： | 中国入世以后,在全球经济一体化的进程中,面对各方面的挑战,中国的竞争法律资源尤显贫乏.从宏观的角度分析了目前中国竞争法存在的问题,进而提出相应的对策,以改善中国竞争法律不足之现状.
