| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志在“七一”讲话中再次强调,反腐败必须坚持标本兼治的方针。如何理解与贯彻实行这一方针?此文对此问题进行初步探讨。文章先阐述治标与治本的含义及二者的辩证关系,接着提出治标务必从严、治本必须周密的观点,并分别从若干方面对这两个观点予以简要论述。

| Abstract: | Comrade Jiang Zemin emphasizes again in his speech on the First of July, 2001, that anti-corruption should follow the policy of seeking both temporary solution and permanent cure. The present paper intends to discuss how to understand and carry out this policy. It explains the meaning of temporary solution and permanent cure and their dialectic relationship, and maintains that temporary solution should be strict and permanent cure well-conceived. |
