推动高校教师专业化发展之我见

教师专业化是教师这一职业在发展过程中必须经历的一个过程，新的历史时期对高校教师提出了更高的要求，那么在促进高校教师专业化的过程中，什么才是它的关键？怎样才能更有效的促进高校教师的专业化发展呢？这就需要教师的自我激励，充分发挥教师的主观能动性，不仅仅在专业知识方面下功夫，而且还要在教学能力的提高方面不断探索，虚心求教，积极与他人合作，提高自己的教学以及科研水平，不断进取，勇攀高峰。

On Promoting College Teachers' Professional Development

College teachers, who are proposed higher requirements in new historical time, have to go through a process of teachers＇ professional development. But what＇s the key to this process？ That is decided on the teachers＇ self-encouragement and subjective initiative. This paper proposes teachers should work hard to obtain more professional knowledge, on the other hand, in order to improve their teaching and research, they should be modest, actively cooperate with others and constantly explore in teaching.
