| 摘 要： | 学习自主是高等教育的一个重要目标,但自主学习能力的培养却是个复杂的过程。分析了学习动机与自主学习之间的关系,并提出了外语教学中增强学习动机、培养自主学习能力的几点具体建议:转换教师角色,营造轻松互动的课堂语言环境;进行策略训练,增强学生语言学习的自信心;实现教师自主,促进学习者自主。

| Abstract: | Based on the researches of learner autonomy home and abroad,the present paper discusses the relationship between learning motivation and learner autonomy,and argues that motivation plays a key role in the promoting of learner autonomy.Some specific measures are proposed as well for foreign language teachers to improve students' intrinsic motivation and to cultivate their abilities of autonomous learning. |
