县域民营经济发展思路研究——以湖南永顺县民营经济发展轨迹为例的分析

县域民营经济的发展具有与体制创新、农业产业化、旅游产业化和小城镇建设相结合的特点，但县域民营经济的发展又被观念保守、人才匮乏、管理落后、结构单一等内部因素所困扰和市场需求、融资、税费、环境、信息、财产保全等外部因素所阻碍，因此，促进县域民营经济的健康快速持续发展必须走更新观念、创新机制、整治环境、引导投资、拓宽渠道、提供服务、铲除壁垒的新路子。

On the Development Mode of County - level Civil - Running Ecomomy--An Analysis of the Development Track of Civil - Running Ecomomy of Yongshun County

The development of county-level civil-running economy is featured by mechanic invention,agricultural industrialization,tourism industrialization and township construction.The factors that hinder its further development include conventional concepts,lack of talents,backward management,etc.What is more,such disadvantages as insufficient market,meagre capital,taxation,poor investment environ,poor information also paralyze its growth.Therefore,priority should be given to renewing ideas,inventing new mechanism,bettering investment environment,introducing capital,broadening production market,providing sound service and removing trade barrier.
