| 摘 要： | 随着西方经济分析法学的兴起,法律程序中的效益因素逐渐受到人们的重视,公诉制度是刑事诉讼活动中富有代表性的过滤机制,包含着丰富的效益因素。因此立足于我国公诉制度的实际,借助经济分析法学的研究方法,分析公诉制度中的效益问题,对促进刑事公诉制度的改革和完善着有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | With the emergence of the economic analysis law in the Western countries, people have paid more and more attention to the efficiency factors in the legal proceedings. The public prosecution system, which includes enriched efficiency factors, is a representative filtering mechanism in criminal lawsuits. It is of importantly theoretical and practical significance for us to keep a foothold in China' s public prosecution system and analyze the efficiency in the public prosecution system by means of the methods of economic analysis law. |
