| 摘 要： | 生态文明的状况对社会的可持续发展一直产生着很大作用，而我国目前的生态状况不利于我国社会的发展。十六大以来我国社会发展文明观从“经济文明观”转变为“生态文明观”，生态状况发生了很大改观，但还存在着诸多问题。要促进我国社会的可持续发展，必须切实实施新型的“生态文明观”，建立新的社会发展模式。

| Abstract: | The state of eco-civilization has been exerting great influence on the sustainable development of a society, yet the eco-state in China is not favourable to the development of our society. Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, our concept of civilized social development has changed from that of ＂economic civilization＂ to ＂eco-civilization＂ ;the ecostate has greatly improved, but there still exist many problems. So, to promote the sustainable development of our society needs us to apply a new ＂concept of eco-civilization＂ and to establish a new development mode of society. |
