| 摘 要： | 中国社会正处在一个历史转型期，中国政府需要根据历史转型的特点以及中国社会的具体情况做出系统、全面的策略选择。具体地说，当前中国政府应当考虑的策略包括意识形态策略、制度策略、经济体策略、文化策略、组织策略、社会结构策略、教育策略、生活策略、政治策略、社会保障策略10个方面。

| Abstract: | In a period of historical transformation, Chinese government should make systematic and all-round choices according to the characteristics of historical transformation and the actual state of society. Specifically, the strategies Chinese government should take into account lie in ten fields, namely, ideology, institution, economic body, culture, organization, social structure, education, living, politics and social insurance. |
