| Abstract: | Based on the study of main characteristics and developing trends about international advanced innovative education of graduate students, the paper analyzes major factors affecting innovative spirit and ability of graduate students in China, and then presents corresponding countermeasures and solutions about developing graduate innovative education such as extending international exchange, removing disciplinary barriers, keeping the people as the key factor, creating conditions for the extraordinary development of talented people and implementing education management system innovations etc. |
