On Great Theoretical Contribution of the 17th CPC National Congress

The 17th CPC National Congress has the important meanings.The Congress first proposed the new concept of "system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics",which resolved the basic question of what banner our party will hold and what road our party will follow at a crucial stage of China's reform and development.The Congress specified the connotation of Scientific Outlook on Development and the new need of building moderately prosperous society in all respects,put forward the theory of conservation culture and resolved the basic question of "how to hold high the great banner and how to walk on the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics".The Congress definitely proposed unswervingly developing socialist democracy and accelerating social development with the focus on improving people's livelihood,which resolved two difficult problems of "how to develop socialist political system and how to ensure and improve people's livelihood".
