| 摘 要： | 高校教职工的思想和言行,对在校大学生的影响广泛而深刻。本文以解剖当前高校教职工中存在的个别不良示范现象为切入点,从提高内在素质与加强外在约束两个方面进行了对策性研究,以期更好地发挥高校教职工在大学生思想政治教育中的示范作用。

| Abstract: | The ideas,statements and actions of the teaching stuff can exert a widespread and profound influence on college students.This article took few unhealthy tendencies for example,and made a research based on two aspects of improving inner quality and strengthening external limits in order to bring the teaching stuff's affects into better play in ideological and political education of college students. |
