| 摘 要： | 自从Saussure（1916）提出语言符号任意性原则以来，国内外一些语言学家先后提出了不同的看法，从象似性的角度对任意性原则提出了质疑。在摘要并评介Saussure观点的基础上，从语言起源角度来讨论语言符号的象似性。得出结论，语言符号起源干象似性，后以不同理据而发展，因此，语言的本质归根结底是象似的。

| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing Saussure's theory,the author discusses the iconicity of language sings from language origins,and draws a conclusion:the sign is originated from iconicity,but develops according to different bases.So,the essence of language is iconic in the final analysis. |
