| 摘 要： | 现实社会存在模式各异的金融控股公司，金融控股公司在从事内部交易时可能蕴含着巨大的风险，那么对金融控股公司内部交易实施监管就显得非常必要。在借鉴发达国家对金融控股公司内部交易监管经验的基础上，结合中国实际情况，构建我国金融控股公司内部交易监管框架主要应从以下几个方面着手：加快金融控股公司立法，建立金融防火墙制度，完善内部交易信息披露制度。

| Abstract: | At present there are lots of financial holding companies which are often busy doing massive intra-group transactions. Since there are massive dangerous risks in these transactions, the supervision of them has become extremely essential. After introducing the developed countries＇ interior transaction supervising and managing experience, the paper argues that there are some measures we can adopt to construct our own supervising and managing frame. |
