| 摘 要： | 企业要有生气，首先要振奋企业精神。企业英雄具有特殊的品质，体现着企业的人格。企业英雄对企业文化的发展有着功不可没的作用。成功的企业都是通过企业精神的弘扬，其中重要的手段和方法之一就是通过对英雄人物的英雄事迹的弘扬，使企业成员的精神处于一种活跃的状态。

| Abstract: | Companies and enterprises must have vigor and vitality,and,first of all,they must boost the morals and spirit of their staff.Entrepreneurs or the co mpany heroes must possess specific q ualities which embody the personality of the enterprises.The spirit of these people exert an unique and irreplaceabl e influence on the development of ent erprise culture.One of the important means a nd methods to ensure success is the creation of conditions in which the ent er-prise spirit can be brought into full play so that all the members of the com pany and the enterprise are constant ly in a state of taking an active part in the entire undertaking. |
