| 摘 要： | 应用型高等教育要为产业发展培养出一大批合格的应用型人才,而产业则可为应用型高等教育的开展提供更多的实践机会与技能学习机会,“产教结合”就成为了发展的主要趋势之一。“产教结合”教学模式强调将原来以学科为体系来开展教学活动的局面进行打破,重新回归到应用型高等教育的实践性本质。本文分析了产教结合方式的分类及特点,结合应用型本科学院的具体情况,提出了基于产教结合战略的教学组织结构。

| Abstract: | The“integration of industry and education”has become one major tendency in the development of higher education in that application-oriented higher education should provide qualified application-oriented talents for industrial development and industries will offer more opportunities of practice and skill training to application-oriented universities.In the paper below,the organizational structure of teaching based on the strategy was proposed on the basis of an analysis of those application-oriented universities as well as the classification and features of the teaching mode which reorients these universities to application by revolutionizing current discipline-based teaching. |
