高校大学生原生家庭背景与心理健康状态研究

摘    要:采用心理测试法对1309名高校新生学生进行测试,对原生家庭背景因素与大学生心理健康发展水平的关系进行考量。结果显示,大一新生在性别、年龄、家庭子女排序、经济状态、留守经历五个维度上均存在不同程度的显著差异,总体而言,男生心理健康水平优于女生,成年组大学生心理健康水平优于未成年组;独生子女家庭大学生心理发展水平优于多子女家庭,无经济压力家庭的大学生心理发展水平优于有经济压力家庭的大学生,无留守经历的大学生心理优于留守经历的大学生。鉴于此,高校应增强心理健康教育工作的针对性,坚持积极心理取向和侧重预防的综合教育原则。

Abstract:The result of a psychological test for 1,309 university freshmen on the relationship between family of origin and their mental health development shows that the subjects are remarkably different from the 5 perspectives of gender,age,order of siblings,economic income and experience of being left-behind children.Generally speaking,male subjects shows better psychological health than their female counterparts and the adult students better than those teenagers in the field,those from one-child families show higher psychological development than those from families with more than 1 child,those from families with low economic burden are better than those from families with high economic pressure in the field,and those without experience of being left-behind children are better than those with the experience in mental development.This indicates that a university should strengthen relevant mental health education under the principles of positive orientation and prevention.
