我国高师院校教师教育课程设置及实施问题调查研究

摘    要:调查发现,我国高师院校在课程设置与实施上存在着课程目标定位不准,课程内容陈旧,课程结构趋同,课程文化落后等问题。基于教师专业化发展的理念,我国高师院校课程改革的目标应突显师范性,彰显个性;课程结构应体现整体性,保持均衡性;课程实施应关注教育理论知识修养,重视教育实践知识积累;课程文化建设应重视对学生专业态度的培养、专业精神的塑造和专业身份的确认。

Abstract:Based on investigation,there are many problems about curriculum setting and implementing of normal colleges in our country.Such as the fuzzy curriculum objective,the old curriculum content,the rigescent curriculum structure,laggard curriculum culture and so on.By the visual angle of the teacher's professional development,the curriculum objective should return to teacher-training,the curriculum structure should holding balance,the curriculum implementing should prominence to the accumulation and construction ofpractical knowledge,the curriculum culture construction should pay attention to the cultivation of professional attitude and the construction of professional identification.
