| 摘 要： | 高校基本建设项目的成本控制,是高校基本建设管理工作中十分重要的工作。当前高校基建规模较大,建设资金投资大,资金的主要来源靠贷款,如何在保证工程质量的前提下,加强建设项目在实施过程中的投资控制,有效地节省建设资金,使有限的投入获得最大的效益,显得特别重要。
