公共性是世界的固有属性,与人类事务关联的世界的公共性对人说来更是具有直接的型构功能和价 值理念意义。自从私人领域和公共领域在人类社会逐渐分化开来以后,公共性就成为人类社会得以存在的重要维 度。自现代社会建立以来,如何确立一种具有合法性的社会正义,最大限度地维护世界本来固有的公共性本质,并 把这种既自然又人文的世界公共性通过人的活动自觉地还原出来,就成为当代人类社会追求公共性的特定诠释和 意义。公共性在当代所面临的通约性与不可通约性、确定性与不确定性以及自洽公共性与泛公共性等的矛盾,都 是需要我们认真关注和克服的。
