| 摘 要： | 无效婚姻制度有利于确保我国婚姻制度的正常实施，保障婚姻当事人的合法权益，同时对违法婚姻的当事人起到了威慑作用。但我国无效婚姻法律效力的时间效力、人身效力与财产效力等相关维度与大陆法系其他国家的相关规定相比，仍然存在不足与有待完善的空间。

| Abstract: | Chinese law of invalid marriage contributes to the normal enforcement of Chinese marriage institution,protects the legitimate rights of the marriage parties and deters the parties involved in illegal marriage.Meanwhile,compared to the corresponding regulations of other countries in civil law system,Chinese law of invalid marriage still has some room for improvement in its retroactive,personal and property-related effect. |
