摘    要:商务谈判是一项通过言语交流实现社会交互的经济活动。谈判过程实质上是己方利益最大化、他方利益受损最小化的过程。以马丁的积极话语分析理论为视角,借助商务谈判真实语料,采用定性分析方法,旨在揭示话步层面语用策略的成功选择如何使得谈判双方在利益对抗情境下实现各自的交际目标。马丁的话语分析理论迎合了当前“经济全球化”和“互利双赢”等经济理念,运用这一理论视角分析相关语篇,有利于人们更好地认知和运用不同的话语策略以达到不同交际目的。
