| 摘 要： | 农业、农村和农民问题是中国全面建设小康社会不容忽视的一个重大问题。农村是基础,农村经济发展是关键,农民增收是核心,它们是制约中国全面建设小康社会的重要因素。农村弃田抛荒现象到处可见,其原因主要有种粮成本高,农民收益甚少,配套服务薄弱,农民种田困难太多,比较利益悬殊等等。解决农村弃田抛荒问题,可以通过切实减轻农民负担,调整农业种植结构,为农民提供社会化服务等途径。

| Abstract: | The phenomena of abandoning fields and neglecting are found everywhere.Its causes mianly include peasant's own problem,leader with lower quality,worse service, higher capital and disparity of comparative profit.Countermeasures to dispose of abandoning fields and neglecting are to strengthen legal construction in rural area, alleviate the peasant's burden,adjust the planting configuration and provide the socialized service for peasants. |
