| 摘 要： | 模拟法庭是法学课程重要的实践教学方式。随着土地法学精品课程建设的深入,模拟法庭教学在提高师生能力、适应课程需要等方面发挥了更大的作用。在法学院模拟法庭已建立的基础上,需进一步做好土地法模拟案例选取、开庭准备、法庭辩论、分析总结等环节,不断完善土地法实践教学体系。

| Abstract: | Simulated court is an important practical teaching method in law curriculum. With promoting of Land Law Classic Course construction, simulated court should display more function in improving teacher and student ability and adapting course need. On the basic of simulated court condition in law college, it should be consummated practical system of land law teaching according to strengthening link, including case choice, court preparation,court debate,analysis and summary,and so on. |
