摘    要:首先对高校人力资本价值评价方法进行综述,然后基于实物期权定价理论进行了高校人力资本价值评价。将Black—Scholes期权定价模型运用到人力资本评价中,文章结合某高校引进人才的实际情况,根据其工作业绩表现,确定出高校引进人才的人力资本价值波动率,并计算出人力资本的期权价值,该价值就是高校人才引进支持力度的主要参考值。基于实物期权的人力资本评价方法在高校人才引进中的应用,将为高校制定引进人才有关政策提供理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the real options pricing theory of colleges and universities, to evaluate the value of human capital, the Black--Scholes option pricing model applied to human capital assessment. The article with the introduction of a university talent of the actual situation, in accordance with their work performance, the introduction of university personnel to determine the value of human capital volatility and calculated its human capital value of the options,the value of college talent is the main support for the introduction of the reference value. Based on real options in human capital evaluation methods in colleges and universities to introduce the application of talent, talent for colleges and universities to introduce relevant policies and provide a theoretical basis.
