面向地方经济发展的人才培养模式研究

通过阐述地方经济发展中的人才政策、现状与高校人才培养存在的问题，主张从创新办学理念和质量观、创新专业设置、创新课程体系丰富教学内容、创新人才培养模式、强化师资队伍建设、强化实训基地建设、强化创业能力培养、强化创造性人格培养等方面加强人才培养，以达到区域经济发展所需的应用型人才。

Personnel training model for local economic development

This paper explains personnel policies, personnel training status in the development of the local economy and problems in the colleges and universities. It advocates to strengthen the training from the innovation of school running ideas and sense of quality, form the reform of the macro system for major setting, teaching curriculum, personnel training model, from the strengthening of the construction of teaching staff, the training base and from the intensification of the enterprise ability, creative personnel training, so as to obtain applied talents for regional economic development .
