积极老龄化视角下的“银发经济”探析

随着我国人口老龄化速度的加快与老年人口规模的急剧膨胀,庞大的老年人群引起了社会的高度关注,如何服务好这个＂银发群体＂,同时发挥好老年群体的经济力量,成为一个重要的经济命题。积极老龄化概念的提出,批判了传统＂包袱论＂的相对合理主义,同时阐释了＂银发群体＂的巨大经济价值。从健康、参与、保障三方面分析了＂银发经济＂的内涵,提出应当从完善相关政策、提供就业机会、健全医疗制度等方面入手,促进＂银发经济＂的健康可持续发展,实现＂银发经济＂的价值最大化。

The Silver Hair Economy from the Perspective of Active Aging

Along with the acceleration of the aging population and rapid expansion of the scale of the elderly population in China,a large elderly population rise to a high degree of social concern.How to serve a good ＂silver group＂ and play a good economic strength to old age groups,became an important economic problem.Introduction of the concept of active aging,criticized the traditional relative rationalism of ＂burden＂ and explained the great economic value of the＂silver group＂.This article analyzed ＂silver economy＂ from the three aspects： health,participation and security.To promote the ＂sliver economy＂ health and sustainable development,and achieve ＂silver hair economy＂ by perfecting the relevant policies,providing employment opportunities,and improving the health care system.
