土地利用结构调整对生态环境的影响及实证分析——以湖南省通道县土地利用结构调整为例

以较具代表性县市城镇化进程中生态环境为研究对象,分析土地利用结构调整对生态环境的影响。根据湖南省通道县上一轮土地利用规划中有关土地利用结构变化的统计资料,运用功效系数法、变异系数法和TOPSIS方法,对通道县各乡镇土地利用结构现状进行综合评价和实证分析,得到各乡镇生态环境敏感值和分类结果,并提出在土地利用结构调整过程中对山区县市生态环境保护的措施。

Impact of Ecological Environment and Demonstrational Analysis of Land Utilization Structural Adjustment——A Case Study of Land Utilization Structural Adjustment of Tongdao County in Hunan Province

This paper takes the ecological environment of some typical counties in the course of urbanization and analyzes the effect of land utilization structural adjustment on the ecological environment based on statistics from the last round of land utilization structural change in Tongdao County Hunan Province by applying efficient coefficient way,variance coefficient way and TOPSIS way.Through comprehensively assessing and analyzing the land utilization structure of the villages and towns,the paper draws a conclusion on the classification and ecological environment sensitive value,according to which the paper puts forward some measures for the mountainous area to protect the ecological environment in the course of the land utilization structural adjustment.
