“和而不同”的中华体育精神

通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、历史研究法、比较研究法阐述了中国各阶段体育的大致情况和当时的体育精神理念，对中西方体育精神差异进行了对比分析。当代中华体育精神的方向应该秉持”和而不同”的理念，在广泛吸收西方文化的同时，结合中华传统特色，引导体育走向积极健康的发展方向。

Chinese Sports Spirits" Harmony But Not Sameness"

By means of documentary, logical analysis, historical analysis and comparative method, the paper expatiated the general condition of Chinese sports at various stages and sports spiritual concepts at that moment, compared and analyzed the dif- ferences between the eastern and western sports spirits. The direction of modern Chinese sports spirits should support the idea of ＂harmony but not sameness＂ , it is suggested that we guide sports to the healthy and positive direction by absorbing extensively westem cultures and meanwhile combining them with Chinese traditional characters.
