| 摘 要： | 制度与制度参与者的相互影响贯穿制度形成、运行、变迁的全过程。制度参与者作为新经济人的特质及其进行的经济活动是制度形成的渊源并影响着制度的运行效率及创新变迁 ;制度对其参与者也会起到保障、约束、激励的作用并以制度创新的形式改变参与者的利益分配进而影响参与者的行为。 |

| Abstract: | The interaction between regulation and regulation's participants goes through the whole course of forming, functioning, and changing of the system.Regulation participants as new economic-men, the feature and the related economic activities are origins of the system forming and influence system functioning efficiency and creative changing; System can guarantee, restrain and stimulate participants, and change the distribution of profits and then influence the conducts of the participants in the form of system creation. |
