| 摘 要： | 为有效解决农村信息化建设中存在的问题,陕西省实施电子农务工程建设,构建了电子农务信息服务新体系,破解了信息进村入户的难题.本文在研究陕西省电子农务的物理平台、功能、服务内容、发展现状的基础上,重点分析了电子农务信息服务新体系的运行机制,包括组织保障体系、市场运作模式和农业信息采集与发布的长效机制,探讨了电子农务全新的体系创新点,以有效解决西部地区农村信息化"最后一公里"的瓶颈,为缩小数字化鸿沟提供可借鉴的思路.

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of the informalizational construction in rural area,Shanxi province implemented the electron-agriculture service engineering construction,established the new system and solved the problem of informalization in rural area.Based on analyzing the physics platform,the function,the service content and the current development status of the electron-agriculture of Shanxi province,this paper focuses on analyzing the running me chanism of electron-agriculture informational service system,including the organizational safeguard system,the market operation pattern,and the agriculture information gathering and issueing,in order to solve the informalization problem in western rural area. |
