| 摘 要： | 虚拟图书馆是网络化时代高科技的产物,它涉及到互联网中的版权保护与其他保护方式的关系、互联网中的版权侵权行为及其法律责任、虚拟图书馆与网络作品的合理使用等问题.在互联网飞速发展的今天,应当关注并切实利用有效的法律手段规范虚拟图书馆中的合理使用行为,以重新平衡版权人、网络从业者以及广大网络作品使用者三者的利益.

| Abstract: | Virtual Library is the outcome of Hi-tech, and involves several legal issues, such as the copyright protection in the Internet, the legal liabilities of infringements, and the perfection of the fair use system. The system of fair use is closely related to the balance of copyright holders, readers and ISP, ICP etc. It is necessary to study the relevant problems and find the solutions. |
