| 摘 要： | 随着WTO不确定时期的到来和国际经贸格局的已然变化.我国作为既不是发达国家又不同于其它发展中国家正面对在国际经贸变化大潮中应变速度和应变能力的考验,就不能不万分迫切地着手重新定位自己的国际经贸政策.从现实情况来看,我国迫切需要国际经贸新思维来应对时局变化. |

| Abstract: | China,a developing country different from the other ones,is now experiencing the test of reacting speed and capability with the approaching of the uncertain period of WTO and the structural change of international business and trade.Thus it is in an urgent need to relocate ourselves and make proper international business and trade policy.From the practical point of view,the new perspective of international business and trade should be considered when facing the change of the situation. |
