论艺术教育与素质教育

论述了艺术教育的内涵以及艺术教育对陶冶人的道德情操、美化身心、塑造完美人格、培养全面和谐发展的人的重要作用 ,说明艺术教育犹如一种净化剂和催化剂 ,它可以使人变得更加高尚、健康和聪明 ,可以促进人的个性全面发展 ,并对我国艺术教育的现状和存在的问题作了客观分析 ,提出了目前国际上已经把艺术教育提高到战略的高度 ,中国对艺术教育也已引起了初步重视 ,强调艺术教育应成为我国教育体制改革中可持续发展的教育内容

On Art and Quality Education

The thesis makes an analysis on the connotation of art education and its significance in nurturing a person's moral, prettifying his mind as well as his appearance, building up perfect moral quality and cultivating all-round and harmoniously developed personnel. It is demonstrated that art education serves as a purifier and a catalyst in making a person more noble minded, healthier and cleverer, and in promoting the all-round development of his personality. The paper points out that nowadays in some developed countries art education has been placed onto the height of strategy, and China has given it initial emphasis as well. It is concluded that art education should be part of education for sustainable development in the reform of our educational system.
