| Abstract: | Thanks to the conversion of production pattern, the characters of systematization and integration have come into existence in the enterprise that has adopted the advanced manufacturing technology. Contradictions and confilctions still remain between the traditional organization and management pattern and the requirement of advanced manufacturing technology. To revolutionze and innovate the pattern of managenent in accordance with the principles of customer driven and soft naturalization has become necessary to make a full play of the advanced technology in manufacturing. |
