Study on Localized Knowledge Management in the Context of Developing West

This paper proposes an idea of localized learning and localized knowledge management based on organizational knowledge creation, which may be useful for the development of western China. It describes the features and effects of organizational knowledge creation, on the basis of which the interaction of localized learning and knowledge management with localized knowledge creation and competitiveness studied. The paper gives a recognition that it is necessary for western China to make full use of the knowledge accumulated in developing eastern China and foreign countries in order to create its own localized knowledge suitable for the specific environment it faces. Undoubtedly, with the help of computer network, organizing and managing the localized knowledge efficiently will accelerate the speed of western development and increase the competitiveness in the western region.
