| Abstract: | This paper discusses the significance of training top-notch doctoral students and the way how to train them. They should be firstly trained standing on their own feet, and bringing their personality into full play, but directing attention to forming the team spirit. On of the main work for universities to do is to create a free studying and researching environment with strong academic atmosphere. |
