| 摘 要： | 转职能、转方式、转作风,是当前纪检监察机关重要任务,对于纪检监察工作回归主责主业,集中精力履行党章赋予的职责具有重要意义。高校对于"三转"工作认识还不够统一,思路还不够开阔,办法还不够多样,能力还不够足等,面临诸多困境。高校纪检监察工作实现"三转",要贯彻落实主体责任,找准抓牢着力点,加强培训教育,强化制度建设,制定好规划措施等。 |

| Abstract: | Transformation of function,way and style is an important task for discipline inspection and supervision departments at present.It is important to accept responsibility and carry out the party constitution duties for discipline inspection and supervision.There are several problems for the "Three transformation" in colleges and universities like the inconformity of working consciousness,closed mind,single method and low process capability.To solve these problems and achieve the goal of the "Three transformation",they should carry out the main responsibility,focuses on major,strengthen educational training and institutional construction,and formulate planning measures. |
