| 摘 要： | 东道国政治环境的不连续性,或与其他国家政治关系发生难以预料的变化,对跨国公司经营的利益产生潜在的、可能的重大影响。跨国公司防范此类政治风险,要着重做好对公司利益有影响的政治事件的预测和评估,从而制定有效的防范策略。

| Abstract: | The discontinuation of the host country＇ s political environment or the unpredictable changes of the relationships with other countries has a potentially important impact on the operation of the multinational corporations. In order to take effective strategies to avoid this kind of political risk, these corporations should forecast and appraise the political events that may influence the corporation profit. |
