| 摘 要： | 随着电视广播业的发展，谈话类节目以其风趣幽默的特点愈来愈受到观众的喜爱。谈话类节目成功的关键在于主持人。优秀的主持人能带给观众轻松的享受和情感的宣泄。在总结国内外谈话类节目主持人特点的基础上提出了培养谈话类节目主持人的相关策略。

| Abstract: | With the development of television broadcasting, talk shows are becoming the favorite programs of many audiences for its humorous character. The key of success of talk shows lies on its hosts. Excellent host can bring the audience a relaxation and emotional catharsis. In this paper the author summarizes the characters of successful domestic and overseas talk show hosts and proposed the strategy to training the hosts of talk show program. |
