大学生基层意识与就业促进的实践探索

The Relationship Between Grass-roots Consciousness and Employment Promotion

The employment of college graduates is an important problem which is related to people＇s liveli- hood. College grass-roots awareness refers to a kind of consciousness of college graduates, who can understand grass-roots work service and aim to exercise them, and also refers to a need for college students and social talents development.
