人力资源决策支持系统的开发与设计

摘    要:
人力资源决策支持系统将人工智能专家系统和决策支持系统的三库一体化结构相结合应用于企业对人才评价的决策过程,这种评价是运用人工智能专家系统技术,采用人机对话方式,模拟专家面试时的思维方法,对被测者因人设问,因材施测,它是专家面试和情景模拟的计算机化。决策过程是在计算机中模拟出“管理动态环境”,决策者通过人机对话的形式进行管理实践、分析和决策。建立在决策支持系统基础上的人才评价体系可以为企业的管理层提供科学的辅助性的决策支持,构筑企业人才资源高地,使企业更有效地发现人才、吸纳人才、用好人才。

Abstract:
Integrating expert system of artificial intelligence with decision-making support system, the DSS in human resources has been applied to decision-making in talents evaluation by enterprises. With the help of artificial intelligence of expert system and by the way of man-to-machine communication, the evaluation is carried out by machine's imitating the thinking pattern of experts and putting questions to interviewees. The questions vary according to various interviewees. It is the computerization of interview by experts and simulated situations. The decision-making process is realized in a Dynamic Management Environment simulated by computer, in which the decision-makers carry out management, analysis and make final decision through man-to-machine communication. The system of talents evaluation based on decision-making system can offer auxiliary support to administrative personnel of enterprises, construct a human resources bank for enterprise and make it easy for enterprises to find out, absorb and make use of talents.
