| 摘 要： | 选用14项指标，对湖南14个城市的可持续发展水平进行因子和聚类分析，将影响其可持续发展水平的因素归结为投资和发展因子、生活水平因子、产业结构因子和基础设施因子，以综合加权因子得分为变量将湖南城市可持续发展水平划分为四个等级，分析了每个等级城市的发展情况。
