| 摘 要： | 在现代社会中,和谐的人际关系是建立在普遍主义的社会信任结构基础上的。在普遍主义信任结构中,人与人交往合作的范式是非情境导向的,即不以与自己关系的亲疏远近区别对待他人,这种平等主义的信义原则体现了人之为人应当得到普遍尊重的道德理念。这种尊重超越了一切身份关系与功利主义的计较。

| Abstract: | In the modern society,the harmonious interpersonal relationship is established on the basis of universalism s society trust structure.In the universalism s trust structure,the human interaction and cooperation model is non -situation -oriented,namely,not treating others depending on the close or distant kinsmen who relates with.This egalitarianism s faith principle manifested the moral idea in which every person as a human being deserves universal respect.This kind of respect has surmounted all status relations and utilitarianism. |
