多向性环境中高等学校学生社团的治理路径

针对近年来高等学校学生社团发展处在多向性环境的现实,分析学生社团生存的多向性环境的特点,并对学生社团的功能予以重新审视、发掘和定位,提出通过改革学生社团成员的参与付费制度;改进学生社团对会员的权责约定;建立学生社团发展的激励制度;组建高效的社团联合会等多重路径对学生社团进行治理。

The Approach to the Governance of College Student Associations in the Environment of Multidirectional Development

In view of the fact that the student associations in colleges and universities have been in a situation of multidirectional development in recent years,an analysis of the characteristics of the multidirectional environment in which the student associations exist is made;and the functions of the student associations are once again paid attention to,closely examined,deeply dug and positioned.The suggestions on the governance of the student associations are made that the system of pay participation of the association members be reformed;the arrangement on the member＇s right and duty be improved;an encouragement-oriented system for student association development be established;and efficient association unions be built.
